Sephora commissioned UXUS to create a new in-store Nail Bar experience to promote their range of nail products. Inspired by the beauty of exquisitely crafted, polished and minutely decorated manicures, UXUS created Sephora's new 'nail bar' concept, celebrating the miniature details of nail art.
The mission was to create a rich and rewarding customer experience, broken down into 5 essential steps, each representing specific touch points, services and attributes. Customers are able to explore, trial, and have nail treatments applied in-store- encouraging spontaneous purchases and elevating conversion for the category.
Roll-out of the concept is scheduled for US stores nationwide.
