For London’s 2012 Olympic Games, P&G commissioned UXUS to create a set of guidelines and specifications delivering inspirational branded events and environments across different locations. Incorporating P&G’s branding, graphic and photographic assets developed by Landor, UXUS set the look and feel of how a P&G Olympic event should look like. Detailed guidelines include specifications for all FF&E, creation of additional graphic assets such as banners, backdrops, table accessories, menus, signage, and decorative detail, down to plant choice and the curation of reading materials on display. The branded environments were designed to create a home away from home for athletes, their families – in particular moms – press and P&G officials. These environments respond to a range of event needs such as press conferences, product activations and dinners.
